霧霾跑戴口罩又脫口兆。
經過一週的鐵鍊鎖生活,終於回到河北,感覺又恢復自由啦~~
昨天一到北京機場就聞到臭臭的霧霾味,今天早上又是嚴重的霧霾,因為太久沒跑了,腳又癢,就決定戴口罩跑。戴口罩跑的進氣量大概只有原本的一半,根本跑不快,所以用六分速慢慢兔,跑到快10K實在受不了,就脫口兆了><"。
