兩年多沒參加路跑馬拉松,今天的復出馬卻是這麼"硬鬥",前20公里氣候舒適,雖然溫度慢慢上升,但是有風,所以尚能承受,時間只花2:23'左右;但是後20公里就靠意志力撐著,主因汗流太多(溫度上升無風),血糖過低(沒吃早餐),就只好跑跑走走用3小時多一點點完成,不過沒有抽筋,這是好的狀況。
