糟透了,前半段還好好的,突然之間兩腿發軟,硬撐了一陣子以後,竟然鼠蹊部附近有點抽筋,第一次這部位有抽筋的感覺,雙腿連抬起來都很吃力!只好一直走,一直走,一直走,一直走.......
本來還打算五小時回終點就好,剛好看到最後 3K的牌子,想想如果撐一下應該可以趕個430,好險這一小段小跑步沒有大狀況....
