減量期的腸胃炎延燒至臺北馬,起跑前就知道狀況不會太好,想說用平常Long run的配速穩穩跑,若身體撐的住,成績應該也不會太難看。跑到一半真的撐不住去拉肚子了,好幾次也差點吐出來,如廁之後,身體變僵硬,完全無法提速,大概26K後就不斷大抽筋,最後只能停在路邊,就這樣一路抽筋跑回終點。抽筋的魔咒何時能克服~真是惡夢
賽後評分: 賽道好跑,六點半起跑真的太晚了,水站桌子很長,方便取水,補給對我來說一點都不重要,有水就好。
