我的第三馬,在最後5k時,Runkeeper 報告的時間,發現這次可以破5了,結果跑回到終點,看Garmin顯示是5小時10分,想想原來是Runkeeper 會 Pause不計時,也就是可能是在補水站時的時間沒有算進去,而Garmin 是有算的,當然晶片時間也是有算進去,不過自己安慰一下,其實際跑的時間,應該是有在5小時內吧。 中間在社子島頭公園吃西瓜花的時間比較多,不過感覺很爽,又是冰的西瓜,第一次去程經過時吃了兩片,回程吃了一片,雖然是休息了比較久的時間,影響了整體的時間,但是還好吧,也沒必要衝那麼快,跑馬拉松的成績主要是跟自己比,沒有要(當然也沒那個能力)與別人比。 但是這種跑晚上的星光夜跑,感覺是有點累,而且有些路段太暗,跑起來整個視野與空間都不夠廣闊,就是眼光無法放大至整個大範圍。而且,跑完時身體有點不太舒服,。 回來時也快11點了,時間上有點晚,不過倒是晚上跑,真是氣溫是比較低,但是這次跑時的氣候不理想,剛跑時突然傾盆大雨,下了之後也不見得涼快,反而地上的熱氣往上冒,空氣更是悶熱的很,太陽下山後,氣溫是有降了一點,但是由於最近的天氣都是氣壓比較低居多,跑的時候沒有感覺有什麼風,所以雖然是夜跑,但還是跑得有點辛苦。 不過,志工很熱情,補水站超多,補給食物也很多樣,辦得不錯的星光夜跑活動。
