我完賽了,昨晚沒辦法入睡,一早4點半就到了,到會場超幸運的,看到Judy和
理用大哥,給自己一個棒!
起跑時天氣超好的,陰天有風,身體並沒有因為沒睡而疲累,買了三包能量包在17,25,33時吃了,補給站補給時快點趁機轉轉髖部,一路上從沒走過,認真的跑啊!
今天跑完不似上回的30公里那麼苦,身體還沒有解體的感覺,難怪大家推薦賽前要跑過一回30,的確。
跑步兩年,終於跑了全馬,自己一個人跑不哀怨,往後的日子...應該...會...繼續加油,把能力練起來,真的只有累積沒有奇蹟啊!一切只有跑過才懂。
