今天的目標是完成前半個月的100K,順便跑個線上半程馬拉松,一大早起床看到陰陰的天空,還慶幸老天給面子,結果跑個5K就下雨,雨勢還有點大,只好休息躲雨,本來要放棄了,但是怕明天雨更大氣溫更低,只好硬頭皮跑下去,中間又陸續下了二次短暫的毛毛雨,但是雨不大,所以沒有躲雨繼續跑,跑到半馬後又開始下大雨,終於完成了我的目標,就順勢回家洗澡。
今天的風很大,明明在市區的學校操場上,卻有種在海邊跑步的感覺,是讓我提早適應海風吹襲的感覺嗎?真像戴口罩跑啊!!!
