起跑前屎在滾,廁所都在排隊,只有忍耐啦,起跑後,靠...,1公里而已,忍不住了,剛好看見學校,只好進去用了約五分鐘解决了,出來看賽道上,人真多,只好閃來閃去,加速往前,沿路遇到許多跑友打招呼,到折返點,一位大哥真好,一邊發信物,一邊數第幾個,哈哈...,我是第157個。折返後趕快追上教練,因為逆光,所以有很多同學及好友都看不清楚,在這裡跟你(妳)們道歉了。
後面天氣越來越熱,速度也開始掉下來,後面連教練的車都坐不了,還好有保住330,看來功力恢復九成了,肌耐力仍然差,需要多多練跑。
