新北市刁康平 前一晚與十幾位跑友一起包棟民宿,當地好友盛情款待為我們舉辦一場賽前選手之夜,結果喝了好幾箱啤酒,有一位跑友喝掛了直接棄賽,有一位全馬跑友只跑到半碼就撐不住了,而我宿醉加上沒睡好起4點床時頭痛到不行,吞了2顆止痛藥後舒緩了一些,起跑後感覺還不錯原本以為還可以維持原有的實力完賽,不料到35km時一陣電流從大腿湧出,當下馬上停下來因為在跑下去一定會大抽筋,剩下7km只好走走跑跑回來,雖然成績不佳但可以平安完賽我非常感恩我的師父一路相伴護持,感恩師父!讚歎師父!以後賽前絕對不要再有選手之夜的活動了。 賽前宣言: 哈哈笑 賽後評分: 初馬🐎🫡😄主辦單位很用心,天氣很棒 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 123~150 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 150~169 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 169~174 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 174~185 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 185~190 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為190 點此去設定最大心率 |
