不放過難得週六早上出太陽的機會,按預定計畫LSD,中間跑跑停停,以累積里程為主,不想讓身體承受太大壓力,最後也順利完成了26KM,也是目前自主練習最遠的一次,臉上跟雙臂都是結晶鹽,很有成就感,只是來回共喝700cc白開水似乎有點不太夠。
