1. 早餐只吃一根香蕉,10km就感覺有點餓了 XD
2. 22km 餓到快瘋,撐到25km26km補給站狂吃5分鐘
3. 體力撐到30km,又開始不支,接下來31km,35km補給站都小吃+休息
4. 從大佳河濱公園回程一段,雨勢突然奏大又兼強風,有夠吃力,崩潰...
5 麥帥2橋要上坡彎上去,崩潰...
6. 最後2km,進基隆路地下道前,大腿小抽筋,慘... 還好拉筋片刻有止住,之後只能用7分速拖回終點..
下雨雖然不太會渴和過熱,但鞋子整個濕透還是很不舒服。練習量不足,能4hr30min回來,算是達到預定目標。:P
