今天又破pb(4:55),不過只有進步1分鐘。
感謝幾個不認識的跑友跟我聊天,聊的很愉快,就覺得時間沒那麼難渡過。
聊的最開心的是一起走到岡山車站的一位大哥跟我分享國外跑馬的趣事。
我愛跑拉松,我也愛旅遊,把旅遊和馬拉松配在一起是我的夢想啦!!只是要再好好加油把馬拉松程度提昇,這樣跑完才有體力繼續玩。
