445起床,535騎摩托車出發,6點出頭就到達會場了。這應該也算是地主隊的優勢吧。會場在萬丹公園內,稍微找了一下才找到跑步班的休息區。今年的最後一場賽事,也是連續4週衝百K週量的最後一塊拼圖,疲累感未退,即便天氣涼爽,還是穩當配速就好。6點半開跑的賽事準時出發。剛開始就被一堆人刷卡...,人群中未見速度相當的熟識跑友,獨自加油吧。賽道在鄉間小路及河堤旁穿梭,經過的村落,村民熱情的加油及主辦單位安排的熱力四射的歌曲,令人動力滿滿。前27K的速度都在440-450之間,補給站蠻豐盛的,我多半鍾情香蕉及運動飲料,偶爾來點柑橘、西瓜試試,鹽錠每10K補,30K後逐漸感受到陽光的熱力,進補給站的時間也拉長。但這樣的速度竟還可以追上一些前頭的跑者,也被一些跑者刷卡,算了,還是穩穩的把里程吃完。回到接近終點的和平西路又被幾位刷卡,趕緊發揮高步頻的腿力,力挽狂瀾以324回終點,轉身向來時路行禮。相較上次的林邊馬又進步些許,而且沒那麼累了,這感覺真好。
