北大掌聲響起12H環行校區道路賽
去年6H、今年12H、今年多4H組別
地點晶片會場也往後在崇越館
起跑是逆時鐘跑先不過晶片繞一圈3k多過晶片
6點4、6、8、12H一起跑、下雨天先穿鞋跑、10k後不舒服換y拖、下雨跑天氣舒服還是會悶但濕度高、今天12H目標是100k、前面6小時跑到55k都還是順利、中午過後出現大太陽整個道路溫度上升、加上前面體力內流失和昨晚都無法入睡70k後雙腳小腿肌肉微微又開始抽筋又慢慢來調整速度不行就步兵緩走、真的熱到爆想要棄賽列印成績、步兵到下午四點吧!天氣有涼爽就提起雙腳緩跑趕里程、後面真是過2圈才進補站一下、時間是不等人看到無法達標100k、後面剩餘的時間也不想在跑休息吧😀明年在拼吧!
