159甲經典百K馬拉松挑戰賽
3/1生日將3/3奮起湖百k禮😀
前二屆都跑50k今年就來玩百k
清晨嘉義蘭潭低溫13度會場冷吱吱、遇到變態團百k神人和超馬神人翔哥、進士兄、教官、潻組長、湛哥😀
今天跑159甲線山路陡坡前面先穿著跑鞋帶著y拖後段看到情況換y拖跑
上到159甲線半山腰早晨雲霧繚繞山的美景😀三泰商店是50k折返點、湛哥百k降50k看他折返好想回去😂
前面的路就沒有跑過還好有教官帶跑、看來也是上上下下路、38k湘泉休閒民宿是76k折返點也看到跑友回去、越來越虐心陡坡還有12k到奮起湖50k折返點😫
來到石桌賞櫻地點人潮汽車衆多趕緊拍照留念、快到奮起湖週邊二旁停車跑到車道又是微下坡危險、一路下坡到50k折返點聽說有下拉200m回程又200m而且又是上坡😫時間10:42生日百k馬歡樂玩賽
奮起湖補給站滷肉飯好吃補充飢餓這樣
的玩肚子會餓😂順便換y拖跑回程把時間拉回來、吃飽坐著就不想跑跟著進士慢慢歩兵走上去吧!上到路線道路和進士共跑
一路來到湘泉民宿我先一路跑著159甲線下坡到快嘉義市區身體疲憊了看到上坡歩兵平路慢慢跑進會場完賽時間13:36:20
公里數多2k多😩
真的超虐心百k超馬下次不敢玩啦!
