前半馬有按照預計的配速跑,半馬過後不知是否與吃能量膠的關係,有噁心感、腳趾有點痛,就降速了!過了30K,小腿緊繃,脖子酸痛,好怕會抽筋,跑起來會喘但心率又不高,只好跑走的完成這場全馬!好加在有保四成功!
