環島跑步自主訓練第367天,合歡山馬,全台最高的馬拉松賽事,一定要共襄盛舉一下,但是,也太硬斗了吧!
只能慢慢走上去,跑下來,還好沒有抽筋的很嚴重,跑完就好,有經驗就好,遇到很多跑馬的家人,沿途都有幫我加油,真的很感謝,我想那是我跑到高山症狀發生,能持續跑下去的精神力量!
