第十九馬~超硬陡(抖)合歡山馬,沒想到我居然用「跑的」到武嶺,完全沒跑過一個馬是前半段有九成五以上是無盡蜿蜒的上坡,而且三千公尺的海拔空氣真的有點稀薄!
前半馬的策略是除了緩坡小跑其餘完全快走,然後手機帶著趁上坡健行時把沿途天空藍到爆的美景拍下,昆陽、武嶺,尤其到了松雪樓補給實在太讚了!先喝日本清酒、攝影師拍照、日式梅子飯糰、鮭魚飯糰、味噌湯、水果、飲料吃到飽,沒想到轉身要走時又被貢丸泡麵纏住,但熱熱的吃的好舒服ㄚ!
一轉眼要再起程時看錶已經花了四小時多,再從松雪樓爬超陡坡上武嶺後,先到小葉補給站加滿水跟小葉道別致謝後,便一路加速下山,原本有點擔心上坡已將體力耗盡下坡會跑不動,還好順順的跑都沒啥問題,最後花了六個半多終於滾回終點,雖然很累但真的很值得!
目前鎮西堡與合歡山並列為我認為台灣最硬的兩馬,謝謝沒漏氣好友們相伴,再度共同完成一馬,然後更厲害的是,玟菁也將跑馬距離推進到27km,而且還是這麼硬的合歡山,恭喜啦!
