| 這場馬拉松可以說是很難得的經驗,下大雨、起大霧,還有起跑前的升會旗儀式...,因為雨天,所以也放慢了點,前半馬花了我2小時10幾分,後半馬遇到同事抽筋,也讓我有藉口放鬆一下,陪他走了近10公里,到了38K時又跑了起來...一直到終點,本來要在5個小時內回到終點,但因為馬拉松錶設定錯誤(設定到自動停止),所以回到終點時錶的時間比大會時間快了10幾分鐘(原來我在補給站及上廁所共花了10幾分鐘) 賽前宣言: 跑得愉快 賽後評分: 喝得很多,吃的少了一點(跑到肚子有點餓),路線還不錯,志工很讚,主辦單位及各參與人員辛苦了! 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 107~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~147 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 147~152 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 152~161 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 161~166 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為166 點此去設定最大心率 |
