馬拉松有趣的地方,
在於不像半馬可以以均速估算,
因為30k後你永遠不知道
會發生神麼事,
去年第一次跑全馬,
在28k後雙腳大小腿開始抽筋,
這次從34點多k開始
感覺小腿微抽的現象,
便自均速400降至43X,
雖然知道sub250離我而去,
但練了兩個月,
我還是想要把它跑完,
最後以破pb、2‘54”50完賽,
第三場全馬sub255 get!
