高雄KuoChan Huang 跑前一週只練了2次加起來13公里,真的練太少了,今天一起跑馬上覺得不對勁,速度也出不來,10公里就出現高雄馬30公里才出現的感覺,但為了保330還是忍了下來,不過還是失敗了.
