| 這一場起跑是全馬/半馬/11K 一起起跑,剛開始人很多滿擠的,跑了一兩K才好一點,前半馬太陽還沒很大,跑的還不錯,一路順順的跑,沒特意跑快也沒特意慢,因為知道自己有可能後面會掉速很多,前面能跑多少就多少了.
一路好像都沒看到廁所,好不容易忍到25K實在受不了,叫大仁哥幫我看一下,只好路邊小樹林解決了,一路補給只有香蕉和餅干,偏偏我跑步最討厭吃的就是餅干,吃了會口渴,所以一路都沒吃,上完廁所好像越來越餓,也越跑越沒力了..
30K之後就開始停下來走了,這一走...就變成走不完了...
走了又跑,只能跑一下就覺得腳抬不起來了,這時我真的體會到訓練不足的感覺,一分努力一分收獲,平時不跑步,這時報應來了,跑跑走走的真的好痛苦,就這樣很挫敗的回到終點....
