今天富邦跑得真的很掉漆,才開跑3、4左大腿就微微陣痛,只好降低配速,到了18k右大腿開始有要抽筋的fu,20k時換右小腿..跑到24k終於抽筋了,只好請Alec先走,在30k徹底的爆掉,兩腳大抽筋,痛到差點飆淚,休息後小跑一段路還是沒改善,只好沿路快走,途中看到5小時配速列車從旁經過,讓我不爭氣地滴下幾滴眼淚,我對今天的表現真的很失望,這絕對是我最狼狽的一場路跑。最後要感謝烘烘團的夥伴,因為有你們的打氣,讓我有撐下去的動力,謝謝各位了。不好意思讓你們擔心了。
