| 今天一開始狀況很不錯,很不自覺的一直催速,前半馬我用2小時10分完成,我已經跑出我半馬最佳成績了,我平時的訓練量也才100KM出頭。
第二段,25KM後右腳底又開痛起來,一下子速度掉到了7分多,到35K,左大腿也開始微抽,又掉到8~9分,可以說整個爆了,只能任人一直超。
