20190217 臺北超級馬拉松6H陽光組(普查第297馬)
兩日第三馬,頭10K保持心率140以6分速輕鬆跑,有同組的大哥和我聊天,問我年齡及為何跑這麽快,我告訴他六十三了,趕飛機,跑夠42K便會停下來,不會拿獎,大哥加油啊! 見他還是不放心,索性跑7-8分速,跑很慢,心率只有110,大風加寒冷,跑得很辛苦,結果五小時夠63圈便打印証書,收拾行李回飯店洗澡、吃飯、搭客運去機場回港。
賽後評分: 沒有舒跑或寶礦力水特供應,只有特調飲料,但飲過的跑手都拉肚子搶厠所。
6H選手休息區的入口如果能向賽道會更好,拿私人飲料及食物會較容易。
