昨被停休_睡眠又不足....趕回鳳山忙些瑣事後已經晚上11點多...睡了3個鐘頭起床4點出發_抵達會場因腹地不大大會沒安排停車場__車停老遠_小跑到會場順便熱完身就鳴槍起跑了__前20k腳底狀況還好_幾段不太友善的路面有些出乎意料_配速似乎過快__幾段路條件更嚴苛_果然_30k一過敏感破表_加諸艷陽高照路面溫度直升.....挖哩咧~一個字"掛"_幾度好想棄賽_但還是勉強自己慢慢爬回去__試了2次夏日模擬馬__所幸安然爬回終點.....幾乎熱暈~忘了停錶__呵呵___大會準備的剉冰連嗑2碗才稍稍將體熱發散
