好熱的考焦馬...豐原馬的補給真的是棒...不然這種大熱天不知道該怎麼跑下去...啤酒一杯接一杯...算了一下, 總共噓噓五次...綁了兩次鞋帶..其中有一次是換腳穿襪子..因為天熱很多人進水站用水潑, 連我的鞋襪都被潑溼了...鞋襪溼掉...很容易就起水泡..所以跑到一半換腳穿襪子
最後4K...想撐完用跑的...可是抽筋的感覺一直在..為避免隔天上班時腳又出狀況...所以還是用走的回終點!
