第一次跑42k,出門先吃塊餅乾,很悶熱,前20穿夾腳拖,後半流汗所以改赤腳!20k後就沒什麼力了,半走半跑…還好後來起風又下雨,但卻變得很想喝水啊!30k左右更是沒力感,想吃東西啊!沒力到有想放棄的感覺,撐到34k到虎山巖,水壺補水,還補了顆糖果,心理感覺有用,之後每1.5k再補一顆,共補了三顆,但剛吃糖果時不會很渴,之後可能太甜,就很渴…,到40k真的不行了,只好用走的…1k後,想想…現在放棄比賽就結束了…有跑起來了,但實在沒力啊!後來看到一位婦人用走的都比我半跑半走快啊…知道真的沒力了…只好用走的了…42k真的不是21k二次啊…太累了!
