第1個折返點右腳趾頭開始抽筋,之後每個折返點都抽,水站有人站住不動不得不跟著停或急轉向時也抽。(補給站禮儀:拿了水或補給就請繼續往前,不要定住不動。>_<)
過半馬腿變重,右小腿開始痛,選擇暫緩拍拍腿、蹲站蹲站伸展一下,可惜警報沒有因此完全解除。後面換左腳趾開始抽、左大腿抽,沿路跑跑走走以免整個抽起來一發不可收拾。最後2K左下腹也來湊熱鬧突然痛起來..... T^T
狀況不好不是藉口,沒能跑好是自己實力不夠,心理素質太弱。不過最後衝線(其實也沒能真的衝)的pose有擺出,微笑有擠出來(希望看起來有像在笑),及格!
