20240225臺北渣打公益馬拉松
歷經三個月後再次挑戰渣打馬
同樣賽道同樣距離不同的是心情的轉變
放鬆心情沿路排氣中途來去上了廁所
專注著身體節奏放鬆心情享受賽道加油的人群給予回應
起初5分速穩穩的跑了32km 經折返點後大逆風,小劇場開始湧現 想到日漫 強風吹拂 -藏原 走的一段話 強風迎面吹拂逆風奔跑前行
堅信答案就在前方。邊跑邊想想了幾K找不到答案....
原來答案應該在終點老婆小孩正在等我啊!
經歷了兩腿輪流抽筋, 外加胯下(該邊)抽筋(奇妙的感覺)最終以3:38:52完賽 進步了5:45秒 破了個人PB.享受訓練過程成績自然會進步的,真的開心
