| 從鎮西堡後休息到現在,腿傷沒跑就不會痛,ㄧ跑就會有疼痛感,反正已經報名了,就去完成賽事,ㄧ開始就跟官哥跑,跑不到2K就跟官哥失散了,只能自己獨跑,這次每個補給站都進去喝舒跑跟吃香蕉蕃茄,避免太久沒跑,肌耐力變差提早抽筋,ㄧ路就持續維持在4:30-450左右,跑到25K時進補給站時,官哥就從我旁邊跑過去,這時就只能目送官哥,因為我有馬上去追,但跟了不到1K就放棄了,最終只能依照自己的狀況去配速了,原本想跑進3:20內,但此次被交管擋了3次,就放棄了目標,不然硬跑可能會有抽筋的結果,很慶幸此次沒有發生ㄝ!最終還是有維持在3:24
