距離去年萬金石馬拉松賽腳底筋膜炎整整一年,期間除了養傷、復健外,練跑從未超過半馬距離。今天第一次嘗試27KM,22KM之後整個大崩盤,能量包只帶了一包,400C.C.的BCAA回程只剩下一口,冷風颼颼,肚裡飢火中燒,步伐越來越沉重,差點跑不回來。
