第二次試next,比較明顯的感覺就是比較輕,跟turbo剛開始的感覺一樣。本來是想跑26k,但今天狀況不錯,不知是颱風過後的陰天,還是昨天週六的休息足夠,臨時加碼到3h02m (之前最遠25k,最久3h01m),最後29k達標.. 人家說馬拉松是32k才開始,我....還差3k,下次繼續....(還有跑了13k後,聽肯尼大建議把上衣脫了,不知是否也有幫助...)
