| 2月12日的高雄馬後,決定進入休息狀態,運動就是保持就好,接下來的比賽就是當做去玩~
游泳的練習增都不到之前的一半(月量10KM),自行車從去年愛河鐵之後,一整年下來訓練不會超過10次,所以不要說什麼拚成績了,能不能比的完我自己都很懷疑的~
賽前自己定目標,高標06:00,低標06:30,順順比完就好~
沒想到順順比完竟然比自己113的PB慢了不到2分鐘(2015年的普悠瑪),進終點門按表後,看到05:39還定桿看了很久,原來記錯了出發時間是6點整,所以一直記著要12點前完成,看到05:39好開心丫。

SWIN (分組第57名,總288名):40'36",下水方式一樣採rolling start,知道游泳這場大家都很強,就排很後面,還遇到蔣老師幫我拍了張照片,好開心,出發後沒多久,看到2個外國美女+1個外國大哥,我就跟在他們後面,就這樣一路游上岸,按了LAP後看到40分出頭有點傻眼,覺得沒這麼快,看來跟游真的差很多~
T1 (分組第38名,總193名):6'35",脫防寒衣、戴眼鏡、戴帽子、戴手套、戴號碼帶,牽車跑出去,這次T1的距離接近1KM。
BIKE (分組第108名,總447名):02:52'38",全程獨推,如果有集團吃掉我,就自己降速再騎,車子都沒練長距離,90分鐘後,屁股就受不了,騎幾下就要站起來一下,就這樣慢慢的推回T2,然後遠遠看到攝影師大哥還是要握下把帥一下XD
回到T2前下車後,感覺我的腰快斷了..~T_T~
T2 (分組第77名,總375名):4'25",放車子、脫帽子、戴摭陽帽、穿襪子、穿鞋子,跑出去,這次T2的距離接近500M。。
RUN (分組第26名,總141名):01:55'43",下車後,算了一下,1:55~1:58完成就可以在12點前回會場,全開頂多也快個10多分,還有爆掉的風險而且太陽好大,超級熱,就順順跑,看到認識的就打個招呼聊2句,每個補站都進去澆水喝飲料,終點前遇到ZIV俊瑋哥在攝影,就甘心A,回到終點好開心,這氣氛超讚,終點會場也好棒,我想我明年還會來。
