2015年與LC帥的後半探路心得~

有了之前探路的經驗,我確定,27KM後,上坡用走的(偶爾加點小跑),下坡順順跑,沒太大意外,自己14小時內一定可以完成。
用了GARMIN 手錶的省電模式,結果出發後發現數據一直在亂跳,公里數和速度都不準,到金財商店(11.5K)時,錶已經13.5了,那就是依地點按LAP,來確定到達的時間,速度就體感輕鬆再輕鬆,狀況不好有狀況不好的跑法,以完賽為目標~
