下半年的第一馬,距上次的2016 2月高雄馬已超過半年沒跑全馬,今天的目標是認真跑完30K,超過30K後就慢慢的凸回終點。
很少遇到全程下雨,至少不熱,在關門前幾分回到終點,順利完賽。很久沒有雙腳不良於行的感覺,就是練不夠。
每次練不夠跑不好時,都說要好好練,我想能繼續參賽及順利完成每一馬,就很滿足了。下個月的萬丹馬加油了。
