| 賽道的坡度,就像波浪一樣起伏不定,尤其回程10K還要不停的爬坡,既硬又虐。
凌晨四點起跑,溫度涼冷很舒適、四周濃霧籠罩,天亮後遠方有雲海可欣賞。到了頂石棹大片櫻花🌸盛開,風吹飄起粉紅櫻花雪🌸十分美麗。
回程天氣愈來愈熱🥵,雙腳也漸感無力,感謝補給站提供冰塊降溫、冰飲。私補站請喝香醇咖啡、冰涼烏梅汁。
前50K花了6小時50分,回程50K因為炎熱及腳底摩擦很痛,有點爆掉,再加上多出2K,花了7小時26分,不過跑完精神還好,在會場吃了2碗熱粥後還可以慢慢走2公里多回飯店,身體應該很快即可恢復。
