高雄富邦馬拉松前一天就下高雄和昔日同袍會合就玩旗津海岸步道吃海產騎腳踏車、晚上回飯店又去瑞豐夜市吃東西😂身體有點疲累腳酸擔心明天賽事😫
一早清晨2點多醒來就整理東西吃點早餐、步行到會場時間太早了!
會場遇到全宏兄聊賽道路線都說轉彎太多不太好跑😂也遇到我們長青慢跑清照大哥、炳彪哥大家都在B區起跑點!
5:30分起跑前段都跟3:30配速跑當然後面是放掉就照著自己體能狀況配速半馬1:44完成、後半馬體能掉速但感覺是真的跑量練習有進步完賽跟鹿港馬一樣😀
