今天配速5分40秒,除了起跑、交管被擋下來、進水站耽誤一點時間,基本上都還ok。
不過最後兩公里還是爆了!太陽曬得好熱,在水站稍微喘口氣,脫掉風衣外套吹點風降溫才繼續跑!
Btw, 實際里程是42.6K?最後進體育場的氣氛非常棒,感覺自己好像是奧運選手,這感覺真不賴,不錯的經驗!
現在最想做的就是按摩和躺在床上發懶,全身肌肉痠痛啊!
