前50K花了將近六小時二十五分、因為天氣晴朗☀️炎熱🥵實在跑不快!
今年100K的折返點在栗園,可惜沒看到雲海。後50K很高興有體力可以順順的跑下坡,累了就停下來拉筋伸展噴幾下肌樂,後面幾K沒有當步兵還可以跑得動😊
