今天是週休的最後一天!
也我的連續晨跑第43天!
腳傷未好忍痛參加大華慢跑志工全馬也是初全馬前哨站,本想跑進4小時內,因為腳傷跑到25km痛到補給站噴肌樂,到30km也噴結果開始抽筋了,痛到不想當步兵,只好放慢速度,到最後3km又噴一次肌樂,最後1km就加緊腳步,恭喜自己跑了第一次全馬啦!
今天的跑量為42.195km!
離11/22(日)單車國道只有22天啦!
