第一次把力量完全的放盡,爬山爬走,跑得非常盡興.
平安完成,腳的踝部和腳底筋膜沒有復發,非常滿意.
這次水袋發揮了很棒的功能,總共喝掉了12公升的水,即使,離開會場時,小便依然保持透明. 賽前宣言: 2015/10/17(六)
