上帝是公平的,有練都不一定跑的好,更何況沒練….肯定給你抽筋,果然過了半馬後,小腿就輪流抗議,就算我降速吃香焦,補充鹽份,拉筋,照樣是照抽不誤,(至少之前正常練跑下是有用的)休息了兩週沒跑,老實說跟本就不知道要怎麼跑,結果這個配速,就是很好的經驗,千萬別逞強,如果配5:30應該就可以順利完賽,可惜沒有如果🤣🤣🤣
今天的志工&啦啦隊真的辛苦了,又是風又是雨的(感謝您的熱情參與),還有幫我加油的好友們,不然我可能在26k,就回終點了🤣🤣🤣…感動內
