| 從碧潭出發,經過烏來、桶后溪谷,古道越嶺後下切到宜蘭平地
沿途風光明媚,氣溫比平地略低,不過一直爬坡還是耗費大量的體力與腳力,數次到路旁山泉沖淋降溫
賽道34.9K處大家一起到溪中泡水,真是棒啊 ! 也洗去不少身體的疲憊,補完水繼續古道的越野部分
古道前面起伏尚稱平緩,後面就像爬山一樣,手腳並用,以免跌落溪谷
越嶺後開始面對陡下的水泥產業道路,跑完下坡腳的戰鬥力也用盡啦XDD~ 最後只能跑走撐回終點四城車站
越野跑真的不一樣但是危險性高,腳滑了好幾次
