| 通過起跑點就等了四分多鐘,前五K仁愛路大塞車,10K到凱道吃了一包GU,15K到忠烈祠比較好跑一些了。21K上了環東大道,逆風有夠大,覺得有點累了😫26K趕緊再吃一包GU,29K進入河濱逆風吃到飽,我自己計算若三小時內完成32.5K(成美橋)就有機會破四,到了成美橋剛好三小時,但我好累了!接下來就靠意志力,趁在補水站補水時休息個幾秒再起跑。好不容易出了河濱,剩下3.5K了沿途民眾熱情的加油聲,支持著我拚了命往前跑,終於看到小巨蛋了,最後的衝刺進了終點!
