宜蘭楊富傑 好久沒有跑賽事覺得十分開心
前半馬有一個上長埤湖的長坡
原本設定要順順跑不硬撐速度
但跟著志中老師結果體力流失
下坡回到安濃溪河畔風景優美
跑到30K後嚐到了前半馬硬撐
的苦果加上35K時側腹痛所以
放慢速度進終點總10分1完賽
