初100K
一開始開跑時還覺得自己瘋了
3點起床,330吃早餐
5點開跑~跑到晚上7點
我真的是瘋了!!
一開始完全沒跑百K的感覺
也許是復健六週的空轉
打從一開始,心理就是14H→73K的原因
那時內心其實是挺負面的,加上去年跑過54K,對賽道的熟悉,對腳傷的不確定性,開跑的不順暢感。起初真的是弱到極點~
光芒來自宇老~

不愧是去年讓我覺得神秘又有智慧的宇老!!
被瑰麗的山景、山櫻花、樹木、吸引著

其實直到50K時,才有完成100K的想法!!
更確定時,是遇到去年百K總一,小聊一段路,被鼓勵了一下,內心更是確定,一定要完成此賽事!!
一路上遇到許多交會的朋友,互相打氣哈拉
也有陌生跑友的閒聊,不過感覺吸太多冷空氣,後面變容易咳,無法聊太多太長,只能努力控制呼吸~
到最後跑到第99K時,意識到即將要完成百K時,情緒突然湧現了好幾次,有種、真的要辦到.完成的不可思議!!
會讓人潰堤的那種情緒...
最後無傷的完賽,還讓狗哥、老師張羅一切和細節,真是謝謝你們。
