原來這場是要渣打馬拉松前練習
因之前右大腿不適體能下滑
所以這場變成復健賽事
全場用8分力跑沒有特別加速
體力過30K逐漸下滑但比台北馬好多了
繼續特訓好好準備一下來面對渣打馬 賽前宣言: 104年我的第3馬
