| 今年因疫情影響從2月跑完台南木架山馬拉松後,一直到現在才開跑下半年第一場台南秋季馬,真的是太久沒跑長距離,狀況一堆,跑得很慘!
一開跑就感覺速度無法維持,越跑越慢,想說沒關係順順地跑就好,可是從10K以後吃完能量膠補給就開始肚子痛,找廁所拉肚子共計三次,拉完整個人就虛脫無力跑不動,最後連補給也不敢吃,就慢慢地跑回來,但最後剩下5公里,感覺連慢慢跑都跑不動,就走走跑跑,1公里跑快10分鐘,真慘耶!
真的太久沒比賽,受到疫情關係,已經快9個月沒有比賽,跑步狀況一大堆,還好這場台南秋季馬有完賽! 賽後評分: 補給普通,規模小而該有的,舉辦中規中矩還不錯啦! 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 124~151 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 151~170 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 170~176 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 176~187 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 187~192 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為192 點此去設定最大心率 |
