| 今天設定全馬要跑315,一開始跟著Ivan跑,跟到5K之後開始降速,因為速度超過原本設定的4:30,怕提早爆掉,所以就這樣一路維持自己的速度在跑,過了26K之後,感覺有一點抽筋的前兆,就將速度再放慢一點,就這樣到32K之後,真的是夢饜的開始,原本想說剩下10K可以用5分速跑完,這樣應該有機會完成315的目標,結果一路抽筋拉筋,把之前充裕的時間及排名一下掉光了,在進終點那一刻,再度抽筋站在晶片感應區,完全無法走,真是無言,最後還能吊車尾真是幸運! 謝謝LDS超馬團的跑友沿路互相打氣,有你們真好喔!
